About

I am a daughter of Lao refugees, born and raised in Tennessee. I love working with clients who are wanting to process through their trauma, in the midst of life transitions, experiencing anxiety and/or depression, and wrestling with aspects of their identity. Throughout life, I have learned that every human has a unique story; having a longing to be understood, accepted, and seen and continue to learn the importance of understanding all the different parts that make up my clients’ lives. It’s my desire that I create a safe space for you to bring and be all of who you are on your unique journey of healing and discovery.

I utilize a compassionate lens and combine parts work, somatic and experiential practices, Brainspotting, and emotionally-focused modalities into my work with clients based on individual needs. With a lens of genuine curiosity, it is my hope to help support you throughout our time together and provide you with tools for navigating life.

I have recognized the lack and need for a space that allows people to bring every part (the hurt, lost, broken, angry, sad, undiscovered, etc.) of who they are and deeply want to help change that. If you long to find a safe and inviting space where you can process, grow, and heal, I would love to meet you.
