About

I enjoy working with people who are experiencing life transitions, changing careers, going through grief or loss, experiencing anxiety, looking for support with trauma, developing coping skills, or just seeking support with the messiness of life. I want to work with clients who are motivated to engage in self-reflection and make a commitment to creating space for themselves to work through their current patterns that are no longer serving them. I meet the person where they are at and understand what ways they would like to make changes in their life. View 7 Photos

My goal is to create a safe space where a person can feel heard and supported when addressing life’s challenges or past traumas. I believe the therapeutic space offers people a chance to tune into themselves and their patterns. I take a collaborative and actively engaged approach to supporting clients in the development of goals and strategies.

Making the decision to seek support is a brave first step in the journey of self-exploration. It can also be the first step towards creating the type of life you desire. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you where you are in this adventure.
