I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma. My approach to psychotherapy is collaborative and non-pathologizing. Clients often find me because of my experience as a Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist or Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I use experiential models that take us beyond traditional talk therapy by slowing down, connecting with what is happening on the inside, offer healing to the wounded parts, and connecting with inner resources. Client’s often report an increase sense of self-compassion, calmness, clarity & confidence in themselves. I utilize various evidence-based therapies which include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SEP), & DBT. I am a certified in Brené Brown’s Daring Way, Rising Strong and Pia Mellody’s Post Induction Therapy and enjoy facilitating experiential process groups. My goal is to hold a safe & non-judgmental space to share your story, apply curiosity to behavioral patterns that keep you stuck, gain clarity in purpose and direction by connecting with your internal compass/wisdom.
