An eclectic but person centered approach, I support all paths to recovery including child centered play therapy for ages 3+, support for children, adolescents, and adults. Creating a therapeutic alliance that is welcoming and trusting, I can provide support in the areas of mood disorders, trauma, children impacted by substance use, fostering healthy homes for family, addressing behavioral concerns, grief, interpersonal relationships, and women's wellness. I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I also utilize ACT, CBT, emotion focused therapy, and child centered play therapy. Continuing education for play therapy and supervised by Registered Play Therapist. I am comfortable working with a diverse population.
