I work from a holistic, trauma-informed approach grounded in authenticity and connection that is tailored to each individual person’s needs. I specialize in womens’ mental health and life transitions at every stage of life. I have additional experience working with anxiety, OCD, depression, anger, and relationship issues. Some modalities I use include Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), ERP, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. Finding a therapist that’s a good fit often requires more than a short blurb.
