About

Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been here before, searching for a counselor can sometimes feel overwhelming. That’s why, as your counselor, I am committed to earning your trust by creating a welcoming environment where you can be your true self without fear of judgment. I work with teens (ages 14-17), college students, and adults facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, trauma, family and relationship issues, life transitions, and low self-esteem.

I am trained in Brainspotting Phase 1, a powerful technique used for trauma and emotional processing/regulation. As a former special education teacher and coach, I connect well with neurodivergent individuals, athletes experiencing performance anxiety, and educators in need of support. I also enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ community.

Together, we will process the impact of your life experiences, explore effective coping skills and boundaries, and address the issues holding you back from living your full, authentic life. Your well-being and growth are at the heart of our work together, and I would be honored to walk alongside you every step of the way.
