I work with individuals and couples who have experienced a loss in their life and are needing guidance and support as they navigate their journey of grief. In a society that tells us how we are "supposed" to grieve or what actually counts as a loss, it can be challenging to know how to take your first steps forward. My clients are individuals or couples who are trying to make sense of their loss, working towards acceptance of their loss, preparing for a significant loss, and anywhere in between that someone finds themselves in their journey through grief. I also treat other issues such as anxiety, depression and relationship issues. My approach to grief counseling is holistic, recognizing that each person's experience of loss is unique and requires personalized support. I work collaboratively with clients to honor their individual or collective needs and tailor interventions that promote emotional well-being and resilience. While navigating life after a significant loss can often times feel difficult and heavy, I believe that finding hope again is possible. It will look different for each of us as we try to make meaning out of our suffering and the unknown. I am honored to be considered to walk alongside you during this journey of grief.
