I am a Clinical Social Worker with over a decade experiences providing varieties services to different populations regardless of race, gender or socioeconomic status. My area of expertise includes stress management, anxiety, grief, depression, mood disorder and relationship issues and other various stages of life concern. My counseling approach includes utilizing Brief Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy to assist clients in addressing their specific mental health needs. Furthermore, I am passionate about the work I do and I will ensure to meet you where you are emotionally and mentally.
