About

As a psychologist, my goal is for my clients to live the lives they want to live. I work collaboratively with clients to build the tools and insight they need to make positive changes. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and related evidence-based practices like Exposure and Response Prevention (E/RP). My goal for all of my clients is that they feel comfortable and confident living life on their own terms. To do that, we work together to identify what's keeping them stuck and what they want to change, explore their thoughts and feelings, and find practical solutions that work for them.

My teletherapy practice specializes in serving young adults (age 20s-30s) experiencing issues like anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and life stress in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. I individualize treatment based on each client’s unique needs, background, and goals using evidence-based practices (like CBT) as the core of treatment.

I take a warm and empathic but straightforward approach so clients can gain clarity on their experiences and make changes. I love helping people tap into their own strengths to overcome challenges, build confidence, and live authentically. A good fit is important, so contact me to set up a free consultation to learn more. I look forward to hearing from you!
