I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults who are looking to develop their inner strengths and resources to live a more fulfilling life. I offer parent coaching for those looking to build awareness and skills to best support their child, and I support individuals on their journey to becoming parents, as well as during the postpartum period. I believe that difficulties that arise are an opportunity for growth and to learn about oneself. I work collaboratively with my clients to determine what well-being looks like for them in all areas of their lives, and to create a path forward towards that well-being. My strengths based approach focuses on creating a strong therapeutic relationship, and a warm and non-judgmental environment where the client feels comfortable to explore their inner and outer worlds. I seek to understand each individual in the context of their environment and culture. I have training in CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention to treat OCD, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness skills. I am a Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) trained provider. I also specialize in treating Selective Mutism. I has completed the Perinatal Mood Disorders: Components of Care training through Postpartum Support International.
