Through my years of experience working within the mental health field, I have learned the effectiveness of evidence-based practices and seen that change is possible in even the toughest situations. I commit to being fully present with each of my clients as we work on their desired futures together. I have experience working with individuals on issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, crisis intervention, substance abuse, loss, domestic violence, anger management, spiritual concerns, and more.
