I believe in meeting people where they are and value providing a comfortable and inclusive space for all. I know therapy can be intimidating, and I pride myself on bringing a healthy amount of humor into the therapy room while holding compassion and working through the trauma. As a therapist, I acknowledge systemic injustices that impact my client's experiences in their identity development and celebrate their uniqueness. I welcome all identities and am active in continuing my education and training to meet the needs of historically marginalized clients effectively. I work from a trauma-informed lens and often utilize EMDR therapy. I prioritize getting to know my client's story and work towards healing together. I approach therapy in a creative and personalized way where you feel heard, seen, and valued. Stepping into the therapy space can be overwhelming and I applaud everyone who takes this first step. My hope for our time together is that I can be a safe and inclusive person for you. Everyone has a story, and I find it an honor to have a chance to know yours.
