Welcome to Roots of Integrity Counseling, LLC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Missouri. Taking the first step toward healing takes a great deal of courage, and I want to applaud you on taking a step toward making yourself and your wellbeing a priority. It is a true privilege to support you throughout this journey. I am dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and validated. I believe in the 3 C’s: Challenge. Choice. Change. – Challenge by Choice. Challenge creates Change. Choose the Challenge. I recognize processing current challenges, painful past experiences, and identifying unhealthy patterns is vulnerable and takes courage to make the choice to challenge ourselves to move toward healthier ways of living. I believe we have everything inside of us we need to heal. Sometimes, we need support to help us utilize our strengths to move toward change. My role is to facilitate self-exploration by encouraging and challenging you to continue to grow and process current and past experiences in an effort to be the best version of yourself, and ultimately, to live in your integrity.
