Do you find it difficult to express your own needs? Do you struggle with decision-making? Do you second guess or doubt everyday decisions? Living with trauma affects how we see ourselves, and the value we place on our own contentment, which directly impacts the way we function in relationships. Through a series of practical exercises and self-exploration, I can help you regain the confidence needed to live life boldly and confidently. I have a background in Christian Counseling and integrate Christian principles into therapy, according to my client's comfort level. I have experience in both spiritual and secular environments. By providing a safe space where my clients can be authentic, vulnerable, and honest, we can move forward and meet life's difficulties head on. Homework will be given to help assist clients in grounding themselves in the present, while acknowledging past hurts, and preparing for a healthier future. While there is no one size fits all approach to counseling, there is one Savior for all. I believe that all of us can tackle anything that comes our way by walking in the freedom available to us through Christ Jesus. "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength." - Philippians 4:13
