I found myself drawn to Wibeto Practice at a time when I wanted to collaborate with other practitioners in a space that values integrity, equality, and serving the whole person - not just viewing people as a diagnosis. When I work with clients, I use multiple therapeutic frameworks and a strengths-based approach to identify windows of opportunity that integrate one's inner healing intelligence with new knowledge and skills. I practice with others at Wibeto where we have access to KAP modalities and I also have a private Telehealth practice devoted to women and their Partners, and Families. Together, we can work to create solutions! My expertise is in Relationships, Behavioral and Process Addictions, as well as Trauma. I practice mind-body connection modalities like EMDR and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) that bring long-standing relief. You are the expert on your life and the one who undertakes the healing journey. My goal is to help you find concrete ways to achieve wholeness. Understanding and validation are key ingredients in my work, and sometimes we need to go deeper and challenge ourselves in order to find the peace we deserve. Starting this process can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to. I have an up front, relatable style, and work to help clients improve their functioning, sense of well-being, and peace.
