About

What happens when we cannot show the most vulnerable and truthful parts of ourselves? Suffering. Fear. Frustration. Incongruence. Do you need a space where these parts can be held, allowing you to experience more relief in your body? My goal is to guide you in the discovery and celebration of your authentic self. We live in a world where a right way of being is imposed. Often that entails communicating, dressing, and moving in one particular way. In other words, we are asked to act in ways that align the with dominant heterosexual, cis-gender, White, English-speaking culture.

My approach is to work with you in the multitude of your individual self. Through Social Justice work and Somatic Psychotherapy, you will gain bodily awareness and skills on how you can move more fluidly in expressing and embodying your own unapologetic truth that is too often silenced by society.

I passionately work with children, teenagers, parents, and adults in better understanding themselves by creating a supportive and warm environment. As a queer cis-woman of color with European-African roots, I specialize in working with multiracial, multilingual, cross-cultural, and LGBTQPIA+ populations. I provide counseling in Spanish, French, and Danish.
