I hold the sacredness of authenticity, humaning alongside other humans. I focus on working with women, particularly women of color, to show up to the brutal, sweaty, and liberating work of tending to your life while challenging oppressive systems that want humans to stay small. Together, we examine trauma and pain with self-compassion, address avoidance, build vocabulary around emotions to expand your knowing, and work together to enrich relational bonds. I would love to hold space for you! I am licensed and available to work with residents of California and Washington. I help humans struggling with generational, cultural, and developmental trauma, as well as anxiety and depression. Some treatment modalities I use are attachment theory, EFT (Emotionally-Focused Therapy, PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Finding a therapist can be similar to trying on an outfit, you want something that you feel good in. A consultation allows us both to see if we’re a good therapeutic fit for each other. I invite you to connect with me for a free 20-30 minute consultation via Zoom or phone!
