It can take a lot of courage to make this first step of seeking out someone to talk to, and you have done it. I would like to walk beside you as you navigate this next step in your healing journey. I specialize in working with children as they work to understand the world they live in and find their place in it. I utilize a variety of interventions including play-therapy, person centered therapy and approach things from a strengths-based perspective. You have the tools you need to work through this time, you may just need some assistance with identifying what you already have. I have experience working with people of all ages but specialize in children and geriatrics. I have extensive work in grief, and working with children who have cognitive delays, developmental delays and those who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
