With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a background in human services and wellness professions, I am passionate and empathetic while listening to help you feel heard, seen, and valued as a unique individual. I understand the human need to have someone to walk beside us and respectfully help us navigate life’s challenging moments. Being a military spouse comes with unique challenges that can often be invisible to those who don’t experience it firsthand. I have a desire to support the family system. I also have a special desire to help women and families navigate infertility and pregnancy after loss. My goal is to help individuals, families, and groups move toward their futures.
