About

I work with teens, young adults and those in the perinatal population (pre-natal, post-partum, motherhood). I especially enjoy working with women looking to manage stress around pregnancy, pregnancy loss, and the stressors of navigating post-partum and motherhood. I have advanced training in maternal mental health. I believe forming a strong bond with a client using compassion, empathy, and humor, will help them feel more comfortable to open up and explore their emotional barriers.

My approach is gentle yet direct. I am here to provide a safe space for you to be heard and validated. I have experience supporting individuals in managing stress, decreasing symptoms and improving their overall mood. Life can often feel overwhelming and lonely when our emotions take over, but I promise, you are not alone and change can happen.

I want to meet you where you are at, be realistic and help you focus on taking small steps towards the increasing happiness and a sense of accomplishment in your daily life.
