I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Substance Use Counselor in the state of North Dakota. I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from NDSU and my Master of Science degree in Counseling from the University of Mary. I am passionate about helping individuals create a foundation for healing that fosters resiliency, hope, and strength. I am particularly interested in helping those looking to build skills to heal from depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an evidenced based practice which works with a wide variety for mental health concerns. I am also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy which is an evidence based approach for trauma. Exposure and ritual prevention is also an evidence based approach for fears/phobias and OCD. YOU deserve to heal. You are strong enough to ask for help. My approach will always be person- and compassion-centered care. My goal is to guide you towards self sufficiency. You can do this. Together, we can build a foundation for healing to allow you to move forward in life independently.
