About

My practice is dedicated to offering individuals the supports necessary to navigate through difficulties and guide towards a more authentic way of moving forward in their lives. I specialize in maternal mental health, anxiety and depression, trauma, parenting issues, feelings of being stressed, loss/grief and life transitions. View 4 Photos

In my practice I support clients to discover their authentic selves and allow their lives to be lead by intention rather than from reaction. With the right support and guidance clients are better equipped to navigate through the various challenges in their lives with more comfort and ease.

I believe that in the right setting, when we tune into our true inner selves, we are provided with a guide for transition and change. Through a wide range of tools including mindfulness techniques and therapeutic exercises I can help to build self confidence, resiliency and healing.
