About

Do you find yourself struggling to put your feelings into words? Perhaps you're experiencing deep-seated emotions - anxiety, grief, or a sense of disconnection - that seem impossible to express verbally. As an adult, you might feel pressure to 'have it all figured out,' yet inside, you're searching for a way to understand and process your experiences. Whether you're navigating identity questions, processing trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, these challenges can feel isolating. You might be successful in many areas of your life, but still feel like something's missing - a deeper connection to yourself.

Art therapy offers a unique path to healing that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Through creative expression, we'll work together to unlock insights and process emotions in ways that conversation alone can't achieve. As a Board Certified Art Therapist, I provide a gentle approach where words aren't always necessary. No artistic experience is needed.

As an artist and adoptee myself, I bring both personal understanding and professional expertise to our work together. I specialize in supporting BIPOC, queer, disabled, female-identifying, and gender non-conforming individuals, as well as fellow adoptees. Through art therapy and somatic techniques, we'll create a safe space for your healing journey.
