About

Life is full of vulnerabilities and stressors that we sometimes think we must overcome ourselves. However, emphasis on togetherness and collaboration within life and in therapy is a must. My goal is to engage with you in the difficult, vulnerable, and stressful aspects of life in a warm and empathetic manner while guiding you towards personal growth and fulfillment. My experience has allowed me to work with individuals as they triumph through their own challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, and life transitions. I have a deep understanding that everyone's journey is unique in their own way, and therefore bring fluidity into interventions and our therapeutic process. Recognizing and appreciating the connection that our social, personal, and environmental factors have on our overall mental and emotional health is essential as we begin our journey together.

Whether you are looking for some clarity on the couch, via teletherapy, or while walking on the local prairie path, I look forward to supporting you along this journey! Please go to our website to fill out our Google Form if you want to schedule an appointment!
