I strongly believe that at our core the way we interpret what we experience creates narratives that guides our behaviors or how we react to things. It can mean the difference between being hopeful and hopeless. For individuals I tend to utilize an eclectic approach rooted in strength based and mindfulness-based practices. I strongly believe that we can shift the way we think and create new pathways. For couples, I am fully trained in Gottman Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I will utilize either or depending on the best fit for the presenting issue. As an Individual and Couples Therapist Licensed in Connecticut and New York, I am constantly training and attending peer supervision to aid in continuous support and growth. I aim to work collaboratively with you and provide a safe and supportive space.
