As a therapist, I am looking for clients who are struggling with daily living or on a rollercoaster of ups and downs. I provide care to kids and adults with concerns of anything from anger, sadness, grief, behavioral needs to substance abuse and personality disorders. Ms. Hughes provides professional care and treatment for children (starting at age four), adolescents, teens, adults, families, and couples. She has experience in treating anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, ADHD, grief, autism spectrum disorders, family concerns, bipolar disorder, PTSD, substance abuse etc. I graduated from UK with my undergrad and graduate degree in social work (Go Cats!) In my free time I enjoy taking care of my house plants, cat, and exercising.
