About

Hello! My name is Nicole Holcomb and I have been practicing for over 12 years in New Mexico. If you struggling with stress, anxiety, or lack of energy and motivation, counseling can help. If you are having relationship difficulties or parenting challenges that you have been unable to resolve, having the right support can often get you through a difficult phase and through gaining insight and learning new skills and can also make you more resilient for the challenges to come. My practice is trauma informed and incorporates mind and body awareness. I am also Infant Mental Health endorsed allowing me to support new parents and babies.

I have over 12 years of clinical experience in supporting clients with relationship challenges, parenting support, prenatal and postnatal depression/anxiety, and attachment work. I have specialized training and endorsement in Infant Mental Health, mindfulness, and trauma modalities and am also a certified yoga teacher.

Relationships can be challenging, whether with family, a partner, co-workers or children, and attachment focused therapy can be a support in building resiliency. Life is full of so many transitions whether personal or family and parenting related and a person centered approach can offer support in these transitions.
