Nicole believes in a holistic view of health, which looks at the many complexities of a person-physical, mental, social, and spiritual. Nicole believes that a struggle in any of these areas affects the overall health and wellbeing of a person. Nicole strives to create a safe space within a strong therapeutic relationship to explore how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact mental health.

Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor & Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She has many years of experience and has training in treating trauma, grief, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues in people of all ages.

Nicole uses a combination of techniques that allow her to provide strategies for change, while meeting each client where they are in their individual experience. Sometimes the emotions and burdens we carry feel very heavy; and the path to wellness seems long. I’m here to walk alongside you so you don’t have to do it alone.
