About

Mental health is more than a profession to me it is personal. Meeting people where they are and helping them get to where they want to be is my passion. I use motivational interviewing to connect with and engage my clients in a safe space of acceptance and compassion. With this evidence-based practice we work together to find internal motivation to assist with making changes they want to see in their lives. Life is hard, change is harder, but I know with support and the right tools anything is possible.

I use a person centered and strength-based approach to empower my clients. I help individuals manage anxiety by providing education and helping them learn more about mindfulness, relaxation techniques, breathing techniques, exercise, advocating for themselves, and building self-esteem. I also specialize in first episode psychosis.

If you are ready to stop surviving and you want to start thriving in your life, I am here to help.
