I'm passionate about helping folks make the most out of life, and I specialize in adaptation to major life changes, including addiction recovery, grief and loss, medical diagnosis, and recent retirement. I also take pride in helping clients navigate interpersonal conflict, chronic stress and anxiety, boundary development and maintenance, and development of healthy balance in life.
