About

It’s very difficult to see your child going through a tough time, even harder when you feel unable to do anything about it. Growing up can have many challenges (bullying, break ups, social media, and academic stress). This doesn’t include the challenges that you and your child may have experienced as a family: death/illness of a loved one, divorce, or a big move. I have been working with children/adolescents for over 10 years and have 3 children of my own. I am a licensed psychologist with both a clinical child and school psychology background which uniquely qualifies me to support you and your child during especially tough times.

It is very important to me that the therapy process is collaborative with participation from both the child and their parent, and that it cultivates an environment of trust and understanding. My hope is that, following therapy, each client feels eqipped to effect changes in their life to by implementing skills and strategies introduced in therapy.

This is done in an environment of support and warmth. Book with me now by clicking on 'my website.'
