With a compassionate and evidence-based approach, Nicholas is committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. Nicholas has extensive experience in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, and trauma. At Life Stance Health, he integrates techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness to provide personalized care that meets each client’s unique needs. His goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their emotions, identify barriers, develop tools needed to foster confidence. In addition to his work as a therapist, Nicholas enjoys serving at his church and volunteering to help college students build social-emotional skills and wellness. He and his wife share a love for singing, traveling, and spending quality time with their family. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and Nicholas is here to support you every step of the way.
