Hi there, I’m Nic (they/them)! I’m a therapist who is passionate about forming authentic connections with clients and using the therapeutic relationship to foster healing and growth. I work with both adolescents (12+) and adults using an approach grounded in safety, consent, and liberation. As a queer, genderqueer therapist, I am deeply committed to creating a safe and affirming space for all LGBTQ+ folks. I especially enjoy supporting clients with gender and sexuality exploration, identity development, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is relational, trauma-informed, collaborative, and depth- oriented. I often work with folks long-term who are wanting to increase insight and self- awareness into the impact of past experiences, relationships, and societal systems. I also recognize the role that systems of oppression have on well-being and thus strive to center anti-oppressive and liberatory practices in my work. As I work with clients, I hope to foster a therapy space that is non-judgmental, empowering, and filled with compassion, creativity, and humor.
