I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 25 years of experience. I believe that a strong relationship is an essential part of therapy and value each person’s expertise in their own life. My specializations include working with individuals who suffer from issues related to anxiety, depressive symptoms, self-esteem/self-worth, burnout, grief and loss, and navigating transitions (such as a career change, adjusting to a new medical diagnosis, or making health-related changes).
