About

I am a psychotherapist offering in-person and virtual services for individuals and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, difficult family dynamics, low self-esteem, overthinking, and self-harming behaviors. Many clients come to me seeking support in navigating ongoing relationship challenges—whether with themselves, others, or substances—as well as to heal from the impact of past traumatic experiences. Life’s challenges can feel painful, confusing, and overwhelming. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your struggles and find pathways through the pain toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in psychodynamic theory, which helps us understand how past experiences shape your present symptoms and relational patterns. I work with a warm, relational, and collaborative style, meeting you where you are and centering our work around your intentions and intuition.

I prioritize creating safety and trust in our therapeutic relationship, allowing you to feel supported, understood, and accepted. This space offers the freedom to connect with your emotions, deepen your self-understanding, navigate the complexities of your relational experiences, and move towards more fulfilling relationships and emotional well-being.
