I'm Natalie, a Mental Health Counselor and Dance/Movement Therapist. That means in addition to treating a wide range of mental health challenges, I am also trained to work through a mind/body framework. I work with older teens (16+) and adults on a range of challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. View 8 Photos After listening to what brings you here and what you hope to get from therapy, I typically start by helping you understand how your brain and body work on a physiological level. Most likely what other people call your “problem” is really your mind and body coping in the best way they know how. Seeking help is actually a strength, not a weakness. We all can get stuck sometimes. Rather than try to solve your problems, my role is to collaborate with you on ways to cope with life's struggles and ultimately thrive.
