About

If you are feeling overwhelmed or stuck, if issues like anxiety or depression are holding you back, or if your past is getting in the way of the present, counseling can help. Whether you are dealing with new life stressors or ongoing problems, I am here to help you find a way forward! I have worked with individuals experiencing a broad range of concerns such as grief, relational traumas, mood disorders, life transitions, social anxiety, perfectionism, and OCD. I also frequently work with couples experiencing relationship conflicts and feelings of disconnection.

I aim to create a safe and trusting environment where my clients can feel comfortable speaking openly and being themselves without feeling judged. I believe we are all unique and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counseling. Therefore, I may incorporate several different approaches to best help you reach your therapeutic goals.

Together, we can work towards improving your relationships, healing from past hurts, feeling more equipped and empowered to navigate the challenges that life throws your way, and cultivating a lifestyle that brings you more fulfillment. When you are ready, I invite you to reach out so that we can take the next steps in your journey toward positive change!
