About

Therapy can be a wonderful way to become more self aware, build new skills to address unexpected challenges, heal and move forward. My career in social work is rooted in person centered, solution-focused treatment that highlights the strengths and resiliency of the folks I serve. I encourage clients to interrogate which systems of oppression have molded their sense of self and worldview. I have experience working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, and those wishing to fine tune interpersonal- familial skills.

The development of a genuine and authentic relationship in therapy is important to promote safe self exploration and self discovery. I provide trauma informed care that incorporates motivational interviewing & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills.

I am inclusive and welcoming to all people and find a healthy therapeutic alliance is important to the success of treatment. If you are seeking support but do not know where to begin, we can navigate this process together. Please feel free to reach out if you believe we would be a good match.
