Every individual is worthy of healing and peace, and my favorite part about working with clients is working with them as they find the courage to live out this belief. Journeys of healing are sometimes scary, so using a holistic and collaborative approach, I endeavor to create a space that is nonjudgmental, safe, and peaceful as I aid clients in their work. My approach to therapy includes a combination of evidence-based practices including Restoration therapy and Internal Family Systems therapy, as well as Gottman Method interventions, common factors, and the expressive arts. My areas of clinical interest include phase of life problems (e.g., life transitions such as college, job transitions, identity issues, etc.), anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and adolescents’ mental health and relationships. Additionally, I am trained in Prepare/Enrich to work with couples both in the premarital and marital setting. Life can be hard to get through; I'm here to stand by your side while you courageously face the difficulties that come your way. It can be daunting to face these difficulties alone, but you don't have to do it alone. I offer a nonjudgmental commitment to stand by my clients while they bravely face their challenges head on and become who they want to be.
