Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Sometimes unexpected things or events happen to us that can make our happiness feel out of our grasp. Things like life & family transitions, chronic physical or mental illness, autoimmune disorders, romantic and familial relationships, trauma, abuse, cyber/social media related anxiety, disabilities or depression can lead you to feeling extremely overwhelmed and as if your life is out of control. This may cause you to feel trapped, alone, unsafe, or stuck in a dark chapter of your life that sometimes feels unbearable or unending. I am here to help you turn the page and progress to a new chapter of your story without judgment. My primary goal is to help clients find wellness, happiness, and stability while guiding them through difficult life challenges. I work through a client-centered and strengths-based lense. I am trained in EMDR. I strive to create an individualized plan with therapeutic goals and techniques that my clients can utilize during and after our time together. I work with teenagers (17-19), and adults. No matter who you are or what you have experienced, I applaud you for seeking therapy and am happy to work with you.
