About

I primarily work with individuals who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, transgender, non-binary, and/or gender non-conforming on a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, abuse, grief, intersectionality and identity development, racism and racism-related trauma, immigration and migration, sexuality and gender affirming services, to name a few.

In our time, I aim to build a relationship grounded in trust, openness, curiosity, acceptance and joy. I will strive to understand how your past experiences, interpersonal dynamics, and cultural contexts shape how you navigate the world. My approach is informed by anti-oppressive and feminist frameworks, while seeking to honor each person’s autonomy.

As a queer, non-binary, Asian-American, I understand how challenging it can be to find care where all of your identities and unique experiences are held and valued. So, I hope to create a space where you are seen, heard, believed, and validated in your experiences. Please feel free to reach out for a consultation. I look forward to connecting with you!
