About

I work with clients facing a variety of stressors and challenges including strained family relationships, struggles with executive functioning, increased anxiety, active depression, struggle with work/life balance, adjustment to retirement, grief, and loss. Whether you are looking to improve your executive functioning, process strained relationships, decrease anxiety, or address other concerns, therapy will help you navigate these life challenges. Finding the right therapist whom you feel connected to and fully trust, will have the greatest impact on your emotional growth. Please reach out to see how I can best help you feel better.

When you meet with me, you will immediately feel at ease. I will adapt my sessions to meet your needs. Whether you are looking for a safe space to talk through your problems or a more action focused approach to feeling better about your relationships and decreasing anxiety and depression, I will adjust my approach in order to best support you.

The goal in my private practice is to connect with clients, guide them to reflective thinking, and ultimately, take action towards positive self-care. I invite you to reach out to see if we might be a good fit.
