I approach things holistically, attending to emotions, thoughts, body, and spirit. Trusting each person's innate capacity for health and wholeness, I attempt to provide a safe setting in which you can access this in you. My role is not to provide answers but to serve as a knowledgeable companion in your exploration. Many people will benefit from mindfulness and relaxation training, which I teach. The therapy relationship is itself a vehicle for healing. Using primarily an experiential approach, I strive to listen deeply and to value each person with whom I work. When I accept you just as you are, you can begin to do the same. Besides working with situational problems and life-long patterns, I am willing to explore deeper questions. Respecting all spiritual and religious perspectives, I recognize people's need to delve into concerns about value and meaning.
