Reaching out to a therapist involves a great deal of courage. I have a great deal of respect for anyone who seeks my help and am honored by each unique individual who does. My mission is to provide you with the tools to discover your own innate wisdom and power to heal through greater awareness and connection to self, others, and spirit. I work in collaboration with you to determine what will be most helpful, growthful, and supportive to your needs. I am passionate about working with people who struggle with depression, pregnancy issues, grief, trauma, anxiety, and addictions. I am energized by the changes I see when people engage in EMDR therapy, somatic approaches and traditional talk therapy. I provide psychotherapy for adults in and around Denver, The Highlands, Cherry Creek, Sunnyside, Lower Downtown, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, Arvada, Edgewater,Sloan's Lake and West Colfax areas.
