With a strong foundation in counseling techniques, I am equipped with the knowledge and skills to guide individuals on their path to healing and self-discovery. These challenges can be overwhelming and isolating, but I believe that with the right support and guidance, individuals can regain their sense of self-worth and find inner strength. I utilize evidence-based approaches through cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based interventions. I work with clients who have depression, self-doubts, anxiety, fear or guilt from losing a loved one and individuals who are dual diagnosed. I am to create a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship, I strive to empower individuals to develop effective coping strategies, enhance their self-esteem, and cultivate healthier relationships.
