I am a Master’s level Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) and co-occurring disorders therapist, who is trained in Family Systems and Substance Use/Dependency (SUDP) with the background in Human Biochemistry. I practice with a Holistic view and will focus on your overall well-being and not only emotional and mental health. My specialties are anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, insecurities and stress management. I support my clients and families on a level that is approachable, sensitive & humane, working with employees from; Google, Microsoft, FaceBook, AMZ, Boeing, Starbucks + others. Video sessions or in person meetings. I'm experienced in family, couples, youth and children & individual work. My recent work includes LYRA & tech, contracting w/Bellevue School District and Community Mental Health. I believe in a holistic support, prevention and goals-oriented treatment. I am certified in Evidence-Based Therapy: DBT, TF-CBT+, MI, Trauma Work, DV, PTSD and Children's Therapy. I specialize in skills-building, trauma, life transitions, re-adjustments, anxiety, depression and stress mgnt. I help clients navigate a broad range of issues, including complications related to MH, substance use, family issues and trauma. I will support you and your dear once through a difficult time.
