I use a blend of evidence based practices and a client-centered approaches. I work collaboratively to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions and stress. My goal is to provide an environment where you feel heard so you can navigate life’s challenges, build coping skills, foster resilience and work toward meaningful and sustainable change. I hope that with a combination of authenticity, humor, and compassion, I can assist you in your work to heal, change, and grow through life's ups and downs.
