About

Whether you are conflicted about a relationship, are adjusting to a major life change, or are working to heal from past pain and forge a path forward, it can be a challenge to know where to begin. Together, we will work to gain a deeper understanding of your concerns and needs, and harness your strengths to identify solutions to stressors. My clinical practice stems from a social justice and feminist anti-oppressive lens, recognizing you as the expert of your experience and myself as a collaborative partner in achieving your individualized goals.

I specialize in perinatal mental health, and have advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ individuals and people on a fertility, pregnancy and parenting journey. I also have experience supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues.

I believe that the most successful therapeutic relationships are based in genuineness and empathy. My approach is warm, collaborative, and inviting, and my goal is to create a safe, affirming, and non-judgemental space for you to be your truest self.
