I have a few areas of particular interest including working with people who are LGBTQIA+ and their loved ones, anxiety, parenting struggles, and ADHD across the lifespan. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing individual, couples, and family therapy in Wyoming for over 11 years. I have worked in a variety of different settings and have had the honor of working alongside people ages 3-90 on their journey to healing. View 4 Photos I am a Complex Trauma Informed Provider Level 1. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I predominately utilize techniques from CBT, ACT, IFS, and MI in my practice. I am available to provide counseling in person, via tele-health platform, or any hybrid of those options.
