I am experienced helping people with eating disorders, mood disorders (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder), trauma, and PTSD. Adoption and blended family problems are also close to my heart and I enjoy helping others in these areas. I am Star Behavioral Health Tier 2 trained and have lived the military life as a spouse of a career Marine. I work with those aged 5 and older. If you need someone who can really listen to you and help you figure out how to change your life for the better, I can help you. I became passionate about helping those with eating disorders during my internship. I've gained additional training through the Center for Balanced Living and the Renfrew Center. In addition, I have training in Prolonged Exposure, which helps individuals recover from trauma and PTSD. I am dedicated to helping each person with an individual approach to help her/him overcome their specific struggle. Currently, I am accepting new clients and am offering phone or video sessions with Doxy.me. These are unusual times; therefore I am offering a free 15 minute intake. If you aren't sure about counseling, this is your chance to check it out.
